Creative/Marketing Coordinator

PTTOW! / WORLDZ Are you resourceful, innovative, and forward thinking? Do you have experience in creative services and/or event marketing? Are you a good project manager? Do you embrace new tasks with enthusiasm and eagerness? This is a key role within our organization supporting the creative and marketing efforts geared toward very high-level membership and several unique events.

If this sounds like you, then we are on the hunt for you!

  • Duties and responsibilities included in support of the creative marketing manager in developing and executing the overall creative and marketing campaigns for PTTOW!/WORLDZ include but are not limited to:
  • Assist the creative and marketing teams in the day-to-day management of team and projects across different marketing channels
  • Support senior project manager and digital marketing manager in coordinating team, projects, and resources
  • Support event production activities
  • Organization and management of all information pertaining to our event members/attendees (photos, videos, logos bios etc.)
  • Set up promotional specifications and upload creative assets as required
  • Document all team meetings with notes and action steps
  • Serve as a communications liaison between creative/marketing team and other team members
  • Compile and prep meeting materials as needed
  • Participate in other projects and provide additional support as needed

Factors for your success:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • MUST be have excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling
  • High comfort level with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must in addition to GoogleDocs + Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Ability to juggle a variety of initiatives and adjust to changing timelines and priorities
  • Marketing-savvy; understands print, online, and social media marketing avenue
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Works well independently and can be relied on to get the job done right
  • Graphics design (ie, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a major plus!

This is a full-time contract to hire position.
