We are on the hunt for a digitally savvy, motivated, proactive, and tenacious Salesforce Database Manager/Data Analyst to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about youth culture, resourceful, innovative, and forward thinking. The primary goal of the ideal candidate for this position is to support our membership team and maintain the integrity of the database and member content for our PTTOW! and WORLDZ summits and communities.

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Data management, analysis and manipulation
  • Batch/bulk exports and updates of membership data between SalesForce and registration platform
  • Regularly perform data de-duping and cleanup procedures
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Deliver training and communication for best practices to team members
  • Work with development to integrate proprietary data with Salesforce.com
  • Develop and sync reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations
  • Weekly team reporting of metrics as well as attendee and financial projections
  • Develop methods for integrating different databases to expand standardize the data source and the availability of data companywide
  • Manage input of data from multiple sources into database to generate standardized monthly reports used to track the event registration lifecycle from application/nomination through marketing through on-site credentials
  • Develop, refresh, and maintain policies and procedures for database management
  • Develop analytics using demographic and demand data
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule for

Salesforce Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer Salesforce.com
  • Produce the daily applicant/nominee/registrant dashboard
  • Integrate Salesforce with other third party solutions as applicable
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and formulas
  • Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflow
  • Recommend and implement Salesforce and data management best practices
  • Assist with any tech-related issues within the office
  • Oversee the development of the PTTOW!/WORLDZ mobile event applications
  • Organize and manage all information pertaining to our event members/attendees (photos, logos bios etc.) in Dropbox and Salesforce
  • Support PTTOW!/WORLDZ team at all member events


  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Experience with SFDC administration or other CRM software
  • Marketing automation experience a major plus
  • Pay serious attention to detail and take pride in being the authority of member content
  • Ninja-esque skill in data manipulation -- Microsoft Office; specifically Excel]​, Google​Online Suite; specifically Google Sheets], etc.
  • Proficiency with OSX and PC Operating Systems
  • Great team player and collaborator
