WORLDZ is on the hunt for an enthusiastic professional to join our world class team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping tomorrow’s culture, resourceful and forward thinking. Candidates must have demonstrated experience with ideating and executing lead generation sales campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pursuing and qualifying potential prospects
  • Ideate and execute building comprehensive database of qualified leads to support sales team
  • Evolve and maintain sales universe database which supports sales prospecting noted above and provide reports accordingly
  • Serve as liaison between sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Co-develop and execute prospect facing campaign
  • Oversee, execute, and perform responsibilities as identified by VP, Strategic Partnerships
  • Schedule follow up interaction for sales team as approved by VP, Strategic Partnerships
  • Collaborate on creating efficiencies as related to sales team’s efforts

Requirements:

  • Experience in events industry strong plus
  • At least two years or more experience creating and executing integrated sales campaigns
  • Past involvement and general understanding of CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience in focusing on specific data to drive efficiencies of sales process
  • Familiarity with general marketing practices as they relate to supporting sales process
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced, startup- like and exciting environment
  • Enthusiastic, forward thinking, and true team player
